Fuse Welcomes Aerospace Program Leader Will Thomas as Director of Programs

Experienced leader to drive scalable program delivery for warfighter-focused innovations

Fuse Integration today announced the hiring of senior aerospace and defense program management executive Will Thomas as director of programs. In this role, he will lead Fuse’s program management team and implement scalable processes to ensure the high-quality delivery of innovative solutions as the company expands. Thomas brings more than 20 years of success managing large, complex government programs in aerospace and defense. His expertise in program execution, operational efficiency, and team leadership will be instrumental as Fuse continues to scale.

Before joining Fuse, Thomas served as senior manager in the Program Management Office at Amazon and worked as an agile PM consultant, advising businesses on establishing and refining their agile PMOs. He previously held leadership roles at IDEMIA, Cubic, L3 and ViaSat, earning a reputation for driving performance, enhancing efficiency, and leading high-impact defense programs.

Thomas has an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s in computer engineering from UC San Diego. Additionally, he holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professional certifications.
