A Company of Heroes Supporting Heroes

At Fuse, our company ethos is centered around providing a critical service to the warfighter and providing a place where veterans can have a rewarding second career.

Fuse is a rapidly growing, service-disabled veteran-owned small business building products that advance warfighter capabilities in the battlespace. Our team is truly our most valuable asset — and the veteran employees who make up more than 30 percent of our workforce are a vital part of this culture.

When reviewing applications, we often identify military skill sets or operational specialties that align with the requirements of open positions and we look for resumes that are a best match. During the interview process, we highlight the skills veterans have acquired and how they might be a perfect fit for Fuse.

Being a veteran is very much part of the Fuse culture. We have flags for each branch of the military hanging in our office and our veteran employees wear shirts or have insignia at their desks that identify their affiliation. A prominent “patch wall” in our lobby features a growing collection of military patches from defense personnel guests and employees.

Some quick facts about Fuse…

  • Our founder and CEO is a veteran
  • More than half of our company leadership are veterans
  • More than 30% of our employees are transitioning service members, veterans or affiliated with the military
  • Six percent of employees are current members of the Guard and Reserve

“Fuse was created by and for our nation’s warfighters, with a commitment to deliver communications and networking systems for their tactical advantage,” said Sumner Lee, CEO of Fuse. “Knowing that about a third of our employees are transitioning service members, veterans or affiliated with the military, I couldn’t be more proud of this recognition and our success in supporting the military community.”
